§ 1General provisions
§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These terms and conditions, hereinafter the "Terms", set out the rules for booking, payments, stays and use of cabins, infrastructure, spa, campfire areas, barbecue, parking and the remaining grounds of Osada LoveLaski, hereinafter "LoveLaski" or the "Property".
2. The Terms apply to everyone on the grounds, including overnight guests, visitors and persons using the facilities with LoveLaski's permission.
3. The person making the booking and persons staying on the grounds are hereinafter referred to as "Guests".
4. The administrator and operator of LoveLaski is PH OMEGA Dagmara Szamborska, Polish tax ID 5842032374, hereinafter the "Host".
5. The Property operates remotely and on a self-service basis. There is no on-site reception or staff physically present around the clock.
6. The LoveLaski team can be contacted:
- by phone,
- by email,
- through the online Guest Area,
- by text message or other messaging services indicated by LoveLaski.
7. Making a booking, paying an earnest-money deposit, paying the full accommodation charge or security deposit, completing online check-in or beginning a stay signifies that the Guest has read and accepted these Terms.
8. These Terms form an integral part of the accommodation services agreement between the Guest and the Host.
9. The Terms are available:
- on lovelaski.pl,
- in the booking system,
- in the online Guest Area,
- in the booking confirmation message.
10. Osada LoveLaski is a small property in a woodland setting, intended for people seeking peace, rest and contact with nature.
11. Guests must use LoveLaski in keeping with its character, safety rules, good neighbourly conduct and respect for nature.
12. LoveLaski reserves the right to refuse services or end a stay in the event of a serious breach of the Terms, a safety risk, disturbance to other Guests, harm to the Property or conduct inconsistent with its character.
§ 2Booking and payments
§2 BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS AND THE GUEST AREA
1. A stay may be booked:
- through the booking system on lovelaski.pl,
- by email,
- by phone,
- through booking platforms on which LoveLaski makes its offer available.
2. After booking, the Guest receives access to an individual online Guest Area, allowing them to:
- view booking status,
- view payment status,
- complete online check-in,
- check stay details,
- provide invoice details,
- access practical information for the stay,
- access instructions for using the Property,
- contact LoveLaski about the booking.
3. Booking requires the personal details requested and payment in accordance with the conditions shown in the booking system.
4. LoveLaski offers different rate plans, which may vary in:
- the amount payable in advance,
- payment deadline,
- cancellation conditions,
- whether stay dates may be changed,
- the range of additional services,
- whether a security deposit is required.
5. Before each booking, the booking system displays:
- the required payment amount,
- the payment deadline,
- cancellation conditions,
- conditions for changing stay dates,
- any security deposit,
- additional conditions of the selected rate plan.
6. This information is also sent in the booking confirmation email.
7. The booking becomes binding when the required payment is made within the deadline stated in the booking system.
8. For bookings requiring an earnest-money deposit (Polish: zadatek):
- payment of the deposit concludes the agreement and confirms the booking,
- the deposit is non-refundable unless the offer's specific conditions or mandatory law provide otherwise.
9. For bookings allowing later payment of the earnest-money deposit:
- the payment deadline is stated in the booking system,
- failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation,
- payment before the deadline confirms the booking, and the deposit is non-refundable unless the offer's specific conditions provide otherwise.
10. Where a rate plan requires 100% of the booking value before arrival and the Guest makes that payment, the booking is handled under the chosen rate plan, including as non-refundable if stated at booking.
11. If payment is not made on time, LoveLaski may cancel the booking and make the cabin available to other Guests.
12. An earnest-money deposit or other payment made after cancellation may be refunded within 14 working days.
13. If a Guest leaves early, the unused stay is non-refundable unless the offer's specific conditions or mandatory law provide otherwise.
14. If a Guest does not arrive on the arrival date and has not contacted LoveLaski beforehand, the booking may be cancelled without refund, subject to the selected rate plan.
15. Electronic payments are handled by PayPro SA, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, Poland.
§ 3Sales documents
§3 INVOICES, RECEIPTS AND BILLING DETAILS
1. A Guest requiring a VAT invoice must provide full billing details, including a business tax ID where applicable, no later than before paying for the stay.
2. Billing details must be entered in the online Guest Area or supplied in the manner stated in the booking confirmation.
3. If billing details are not provided before the sale is recorded on a fiscal cash register, a fiscal receipt may be issued.
4. Providing billing details after fiscal registration may prevent a VAT invoice from being issued under applicable tax law.
5. For sales to businesses recorded on a fiscal cash register, a later invoice may require the purchaser's tax ID to appear on the receipt.
6. VAT invoices are issued under applicable tax law, including through the Polish National e-Invoicing System where current law requires it.
7. The Guest is responsible for the accuracy of billing details.
§ 4Security deposit
§4 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
1. A refundable security deposit of PLN 500 may be required when booking.
2. The security deposit amount and collection rules are shown before booking in the booking system.
3. For non-refundable bookings, the security deposit may be added to the total booking amount.
4. For flexible bookings, the earnest-money deposit may be calculated on the total booking amount, including the security deposit, if stated in the booking system.
5. The security deposit will be returned within three working days after the stay, provided that:
- no damage is found in the cabin, its equipment, the spa or the grounds,
- Guests have complied with the Terms,
- the cabin is vacated on time,
- no additional amounts are due from the stay,
- the cabin is left in a condition allowing standard cleaning.
6. LoveLaski may deduct costs relating to:
- damage repairs,
- replacement of damaged items,
- additional cleaning,
- removing smoke odours,
- disinfection,
- maintenance call-outs,
- breaches of the Terms,
- additional amounts due from the stay.
7. A deduction from the security deposit does not prevent further compensation being sought if the damage or amount due exceeds the deposit.
§ 5Check-in and access
§5 ACCOMMODATION TIMES, ONLINE CHECK-IN AND CABIN ACCESS
1. The accommodation day begins at 16:00 and ends at 11:00 the following day.
2. Check-in is exclusively online and self-service, without an on-site reception.
3. Before arrival, the Guest must complete online check-in in the Guest Area.
4. After successful online check-in and fulfilment of booking conditions, the Guest receives practical information and cabin access details.
5. LoveLaski may withhold access codes until:
- online check-in is complete,
- required payments have been settled,
- any required security deposit has been paid,
- Guest details have been verified.
6. LoveLaski may ask the Guest to show identification or remotely verify the details supplied during online check-in.
7. Cabin entry uses a digital access code.
8. Late arrival is possible at any hour, provided the Guest has active access details and has met all booking conditions.
9. On request, early check-in from 12:00 may be available for an additional PLN 100 net.
10. On request, late check-out until 14:00 may be available for an additional PLN 150 net.
11. Early check-in and late check-out require advance agreement with LoveLaski and depend on cabin availability.
12. If Guests remain after 11:00 without prior agreement:
- if the cabin is available, another night's charge may be added at the current rate,
- if the cabin is unavailable, Guests must leave immediately, and LoveLaski may charge a justified administrative fee for disrupting the cabin preparation schedule.
13. Before check-out, Guests must carry out basic tidying, particularly:
- take rubbish to the designated bins,
- wash the dishes,
- switch off electrical appliances,
- close windows and doors,
- leave the cabin in a condition allowing standard cleaning.
§ 6Guest age
§6 THE PROPERTY'S CHARACTER AND MINIMUM GUEST AGE
1. Osada LoveLaski is intended for guests aged 15 and over.
2. Everyone staying on the grounds must meet the minimum age of 15.
3. The minimum age is part of LoveLaski's offer and character.
4. If a Guest arrives with someone under 15 despite this restriction, LoveLaski may refuse check-in or further service.
5. A breach of the minimum age rules may result in a justified administrative fee of up to PLN 500 net per accommodation day, relating to the breach of booking conditions and the nature of the services.
6. Settlement of a stay following an age-rule breach will take account of costs and losses incurred and the selected booking plan.
§ 7House rules
§7 HOUSE RULES AND GUEST OBLIGATIONS
1. The cabin is intended solely for accommodation and leisure.
2. The Guest may not sublet the cabin or make it available to third parties, for payment or free of charge.
3. The number of people in the cabin must not exceed the number in the booking.
4. If unregistered persons stay, LoveLaski may charge an additional fee under the current price list and, where justified, an administrative fee of up to PLN 500 net for each started day of the breach.
5. Guests must:
- comply with the Terms,
- respect other Guests' peace and privacy,
- behave considerately towards neighbours,
- care for the cabin, equipment and grounds,
- sort waste for recycling,
- use appliances for their intended purpose,
- report faults, damage and irregularities immediately.
6. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
7. Parties, receptions and gatherings that disturb the Property's peace are not permitted without the Host's prior consent.
8. The Host may refuse further service following a serious breach of the Terms, aggressive, vulgar or indecent behaviour, disturbance, danger or actions harmful to LoveLaski.
9. Settlement after services end for reasons attributable to the Guest will take account of costs, losses and the selected booking plan.
10. The cabin rental price includes standard utility charges, cleaning before arrival, bed linen, towels and bathrobes.
11. For stays of up to seven days, extra bed linen and towel changes are available at an additional charge.
12. For stays longer than seven days, the Guest is entitled to one free bed linen and towel change per week.
13. Guests may use Wi-Fi free of charge. Access details are in the cabin or materials sent to the Guest.
14. Smoking is prohibited inside the cabins. It is permitted outdoors only in safe places, observing fire safety rules and respecting other Guests.
15. Additional heaters, high-power electrical appliances and equipment not supplied with the cabin must not be used if they could endanger safety or the electrical installation.
§ 8Visitors
§8 DAY VISITORS
1. Visitors who are not staying overnight may enter the Property only by prior arrangement with LoveLaski.
2. Visitors may be present only between 08:00 and 20:00.
3. The fee is PLN 150 net per visitor per day.
4. Visitors may use facilities available to LoveLaski Guests, including the spa, campfire and barbecue areas, terraces and cabin bathrooms, only where agreed in advance.
5. LoveLaski may refuse entry to visitors due to:
- lack of prior arrangement,
- the maximum permitted number of people being exceeded,
- a risk of disturbing other Guests,
- other significant organisational or safety reasons.
6. If a visitor's presence was not agreed, their fee is unpaid or they fail to comply with the Terms, LoveLaski may end their visit and, where justified, refuse further service to the inviting Guest.
§ 9Parking
§9 PARKING AND VEHICLES
1. One parking space is allocated to each cabin.
2. Bringing more than one car per cabin requires advance agreement with LoveLaski.
3. An additional vehicle may incur a fee from PLN 50 net per stay per vehicle, depending on parking availability and occupancy.
4. The fee and permission to park an additional vehicle are agreed individually with LoveLaski.
5. The car park is unguarded.
6. LoveLaski is not liable for damage, loss or theft of vehicles or belongings left inside, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Due to the woodland setting, increased fire risk and lack of suitable infrastructure, charging electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles from domestic sockets or other unsuitable power sources is strictly prohibited.
8. Breaching this charging prohibition may result in an administrative fee of up to PLN 500 net, termination of the stay and liability for resulting damage.
§ 10Pets
§10 PETS
1. Pets may stay only if declared during booking and the pet rules are accepted in advance.
2. LoveLaski accepts:
- dogs of non-aggressive breeds,
- cats,
- guinea pigs,
- rabbits,
- hamsters,
- canaries and parakeets.
3. Other animals are not accepted, particularly aggressive breeds, venomous or exotic animals, amphibians and reptiles.
4. Aggressive dog breeds are those defined by applicable law, particularly the Polish Minister of the Interior and Administration's regulation listing aggressive breeds, and crosses of those breeds.
5. The pet fee is PLN 80 per accommodation day.
6. If a pet was not declared in advance, LoveLaski may refuse to accept it or charge an additional fee.
7. LoveLaski may specify the cabin in which a Guest with a pet may stay.
8. LoveLaski may refuse to accept an animal that:
- is ill,
- is aggressive,
- presents a danger,
- lacks required documents or current vaccinations where these are required for that animal.
9. The Guest must carry the animal's health record where applicable, including confirmation of current vaccinations, particularly against rabies.
10. Animals may not enter areas shared by other Guests, particularly the spa, unless LoveLaski gives permission.
11. Dogs must be kept on leads on the grounds and muzzled where justified or requested by staff. This requirement does not apply to identified guide and assistance dogs for persons with disabilities or puppies under six months old.
12. Other animals must be kept and carried in suitable cages or carriers.
13. The Guest must exercise the animal regularly and immediately clean up all waste it leaves.
14. The Guest must provide the animal with:
- constant access to fresh water,
- food,
- a bed,
- a carrier, litter tray or other necessary accessories.
15. Animals are not allowed on beds, sofas, couches or armchairs.
16. Animals must not be left alone in the cabin if they are not accustomed to unfamiliar places, make noise, damage property or could endanger themselves, other Guests or the Property.
17. Animals other than dogs and cats left in a cabin must be in closed, suitable cages or carriers.
18. If staff or other Guests reasonably suspect that an animal left in a cabin is disturbing others, damaging property or in danger, LoveLaski will attempt to contact its owner.
19. If the owner cannot be reached, LoveLaski may enter the cabin, with assistance from appropriate services if necessary, to protect the animal or property.
20. The owner or keeper bears all justified costs of an intervention relating to the animal.
21. The owner or keeper is responsible for all damage caused by the animal and undertakes to cover it in full.
22. Repeated complaints about an animal's behaviour or failure to follow the Terms may result in refusal of further service to the Guest and animal.
§ 11Campfires, fireplaces and barbecue
§11 CAMPFIRES, FIREPLACES, BARBECUE AND FIRE SAFETY
1. Detailed rules on the use of fire apply to protect Guests, nature and the comfort of everyone's stay.
2. The Property is directly beside woodland, creating an increased fire risk and requiring particular care.
3. Guests must observe current fire-risk notices and adapt their conduct to prevailing conditions.
4. The current fire-risk level can be checked on the Forest Data Bank website: https://www.bdl.lasy.gov.pl/
5. Fire may be used only:
- in the fireplace inside the cabin,
- in the designated brick barbecue,
- in the prepared campfire area.
6. Fire in these places must be used with particular care and in accordance with fire safety rules.
7. Guests acknowledge that, despite the facilities provided, the Property is in a woodland area where restrictions may apply under law, particularly the Polish Forest Act and fire safety regulations.
8. Guests are responsible for using fire in designated places, taking account of weather and the current fire risk.
9. The following are strictly prohibited:
- lighting fires on cabin terraces or immediately beside them,
- using disposable barbecues,
- using portable charcoal or gas barbecues,
- using torches, lanterns, candles or other open flames outside designated places,
- lighting fires in the forest or nearby,
- leaving a fire unattended,
- lighting fires anywhere on the Property other than places expressly designated for that purpose.
10. On departure day, no fire may be lit in the fireplace, barbecue, campfire area or any other designated place.
11. Given the remote, self-service nature of the Property, no source of fire may be left unattended, even briefly.
12. Guests who notice unauthorised use of fire should contact LoveLaski immediately.
13. In the event of a real fire danger, call emergency services immediately on 112.
14. Breaching fire rules is treated as a serious breach of these Terms.
15. Guests bear full financial and legal responsibility for damage caused by non-compliance with fire rules, including damage to third parties, LoveLaski and the natural environment.
16. If fire rules are breached, LoveLaski may:
- end the stay of the person responsible,
- charge an administrative fee of up to PLN 2,000 net for each identified breach,
- seek supplementary compensation under general legal principles,
- call the appropriate public order or emergency services.
17. Charging an administrative fee does not exclude the Guest's liability under applicable law, including fire, environmental and forest protection rules.
§ 12Hot tub with jacuzzi
§12 HOT TUB WITH JACUZZI
1. The hot tub is a recreational facility for LoveLaski Guests.
2. Only persons who have read and accepted these Terms may use the hot tub.
3. Adults may use the hot tub. Persons under 18 may use it only under adult supervision.
4. Before first use, Guests must read the operating instructions and safe-use rules.
5. Rinse your body thoroughly without cosmetics before entering the hot tub.
6. Do not bring the following into the hot tub:
- glass objects,
- food,
- drinks,
- intoxicants.
7. Use while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
8. Take particular care to avoid burns, slipping, falls or other injuries.
9. Do not jump into the hot tub or use it in a way that may damage it or harm others.
10. Use in bad weather, particularly thunderstorms, is prohibited.
11. A continuous session should not exceed 30 minutes without a break.
12. Water temperature is maintained within a safe range, usually 36-40°C.
13. Guests may use only functions intended for users, such as massage or lighting, where available.
14. Do not interfere with technical installations, control panels, safety devices or service components.
15. After use, Guests must leave the hot tub in a condition allowing continued safe use.
16. Persons use the hot tub at their own risk.
17. LoveLaski is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from failure to follow the Terms, safety rules or health advice.
18. The person who booked and those using the facility are responsible for damage caused by improper use.
19. Breaching the hot tub rules may result in a ban on further use, without compensation for unused services.
§ 13Finnish sauna
§13 FINNISH SAUNA
1. The Finnish sauna is a recreational facility for LoveLaski Guests.
2. Only persons who have read and accepted these Terms may use the sauna.
3. Sauna booking is mandatory and must be made online at least one hour in advance, unless LoveLaski permits another method.
4. The sauna is available only to guests of Osada LoveLaski.
5. Each booking may carry an ecological fee of PLN 29, intended to reduce wasted energy and unnecessary heating.
6. Adults may enter the sauna. Persons under 18 may use it only under adult supervision.
7. Before first use, Guests must read the operating instructions and safe-use rules.
8. LoveLaski may refuse a booking or end a session if the Terms or safety rules are breached.
9. Shower and dry your body thoroughly before entering the sauna.
10. Cosmetics, oils and scented products are prohibited unless expressly permitted by LoveLaski.
11. Do not bring the following into the sauna:
- food,
- alcoholic drinks,
- glass objects,
- objects that may be damaged by heat.
12. Use while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
13. Sauna use is inadvisable or prohibited for anyone whose health may be worsened by high temperatures, particularly people with heart disease, hypertension, skin conditions or infections, and pregnant women, unless a doctor has approved its use.
14. Use a towel beneath you when sitting or lying in the sauna.
15. A single sauna session should not exceed 15 minutes.
16. Temperature is controlled automatically and is usually approximately 80-90°C.
17. A cool shower and rest are recommended after a session.
18. Report any malfunction or irregularity to LoveLaski immediately.
19. Guests use the sauna at their own risk.
20. LoveLaski is not liable for harm to health resulting from failure to follow the Terms, safety rules or medical advice.
21. The person who booked and those using the facility are responsible for damage caused by improper use.
22. Breaching sauna rules may result in a ban on further use, without compensation for unused services.
§ 14CCTV
§14 CCTV
1. CCTV operates on the grounds for the purposes of:
- protecting the safety of people at the Property,
- protecting property,
- enforcing the Terms,
- securing potential legal claims.
2. CCTV covers shared areas only, particularly parking, building entrances, selected recreational areas and the surroundings of shared facilities.
3. Cameras are not installed inside cabins or in places that would infringe Guests' privacy.
4. The CCTV controller is PH OMEGA Dagmara Szamborska.
5. Recordings are kept for no longer than 30 days, unless longer retention is required to secure claims, conduct legal proceedings or assist competent authorities.
6. Only persons authorised by the Controller may access recordings.
7. Where justified, recordings may be shared with law enforcement or other authorised bodies under applicable law.
§ 15Liability
§15 LIABILITY
1. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for damage caused by themselves, accompanying persons, visitors and animals in their care.
2. The Guest must cover damage to the cabin, equipment, shared areas, spa facilities, garden and other LoveLaski property.
3. LoveLaski may charge the Guest for:
- repairs,
- replacement of damaged items,
- additional cleaning,
- odour removal,
- disinfection,
- maintenance call-outs,
- lost income resulting from a cabin or facility being taken out of use.
4. If damage is identified, LoveLaski will inform the Guest of its extent and estimated repair costs.
5. LoveLaski is not liable for:
- items left by Guests,
- items stolen from cabins, vehicles or the grounds,
- damage caused by force majeure,
- utility interruptions beyond LoveLaski's control,
- breakdowns beyond LoveLaski's control,
- actions of third parties,
- the presence of wildlife resulting from the woodland setting.
6. Items found after departure may be returned at the recipient's expense on the Guest's express request.
7. Items left behind are kept for up to three months, after which they may be disposed of in accordance with applicable law.
8. Food is kept for no more than 24 hours.
9. Guests acknowledge that the Property is in a woodland area where wild animals, including potentially dangerous ones, may be present.
§ 16Complaints
§16 COMPLAINTS
1. Complaints about a stay should be sent to rezerwacja@lovelaski.pl
2. Report problems as soon as they are noticed so LoveLaski can attempt to resolve them during the stay.
3. Complaints are handled within 14 working days of receipt.
4. Given LoveLaski's remote, self-service operation, Guests must report technical, organisational or housekeeping problems as they arise.
5. Guests who are consumers may use out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedures.
§ 17Personal data
§17 PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1. The controller of Guests' personal data is PH OMEGA Dagmara Szamborska, Polish tax ID 5842032374.
2. The Controller can be contacted at rezerwacja@lovelaski.pl
3. Personal data is processed to:
- handle bookings,
- perform the accommodation services agreement,
- complete online check-in,
- process payments,
- issue invoices or receipts,
- handle complaints,
- establish and defend legal claims,
- protect people and property,
- meet legal obligations,
- carry out marketing where the Guest has consented.
4. The data processed may include:
- first name and surname,
- home address,
- email address,
- phone number,
- billing details,
- booking and stay details,
- payment data within the scope handled by payment providers,
- CCTV data.
5. The legal bases for processing are:
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract,
- Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - the Controller's legal obligations,
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - the Controller's legitimate interests,
- Article 6(1)(a) GDPR - the data subject's consent, where processing is based on consent.
6. Personal data may be shared with:
- IT service providers,
- payment providers,
- booking system providers,
- accounting firms,
- law firms,
- providers handling Guest communications,
- public authorities where required by law.
7. Personal data is kept for as long as necessary for its purpose, then for the period required by law or applicable limitation periods.
8. Consent-based data is processed until consent is withdrawn, unless another legal basis permits further processing.
9. The Guest has the right to:
- access their data,
- rectify their data,
- erase their data where provided by law,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent,
- complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
10. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to book, carry out the stay, issue sales documents or handle an enquiry.
11. Failure to provide data may prevent the booking or stay from being carried out.
12. LoveLaski does not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects the Guest.
§ 18Cookies
§18 COOKIES AND ANALYTICS TOOLS
1. The website may use cookies and similar technologies to:
- ensure correct website operation,
- support the booking system,
- analyse website traffic,
- measure advertising effectiveness,
- improve service quality,
- carry out marketing.
2. The website may use tools such as:
- Google Analytics,
- Google Ads,
- Google Tag Manager,
- Facebook Pixel,
- Hotjar,
- HubSpot,
- DoubleClick or similar tools.
3. Cookies may collect information about website use, traffic sources, user actions and interactions with content and advertising.
4. Users may manage cookies through their browser settings.
5. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect website functions, including the booking system.
6. Detailed cookie information may be provided in a separate cookie policy or a notice on the website.
§ 19Final provisions
§19 FINAL PROVISIONS
1. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, particularly:
- the Civil Code,
- the Consumer Rights Act,
- the GDPR,
- fire safety regulations,
- environmental and forest protection regulations.
2. Agreements with Guests are governed by Polish law.
3. Disputes will be resolved by the court competent under applicable law.
4. LoveLaski may amend these Terms for important reasons, particularly:
- changes in law,
- changes to the Property's operation,
- changes to the booking system,
- changes to facility-use rules,
- a need to improve the safety of Guests, property or nature.
5. Bookings made before an amendment are governed by the Terms in force when booked, unless the change follows mandatory law or benefits the Guest.
6. These Terms take effect on publication on the Osada LoveLaski website.
VGift vouchers
Voucher purchase terms
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The voucher is the unique code emailed after purchase.
